When you personalize a workbook, we process your chosen display name, exam level, optional exam date, study time, and diagnostic answers to prepare it. A purchase also creates an order record, payment status, and a record of the personal-study licence you accepted. No app account is required for a workbook purchase.

If you choose email delivery, we store your email address with your order and use Cloudflare Email Sending to send a private PDF download link. We keep delivery status and the provider’s message reference for support. Your email address is not printed in the PDF or included in its metadata, and this does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Personalized PDFs and edition records

Your display name and edition ID appear in your PDF and its watermarks. Rights and edition information is embedded in its metadata. We retain a private copy of the issued file, its fingerprint, its content manifest, and download-response timestamps for recovery, integrity checks, and investigating unauthorized redistribution. A download-response record does not tell us whether you opened or read the PDF.

2. Cookies & Analytics
